Customs duties

※For items shipped overseas, customs duties may be charged on items over a certain price. This fee will vary depending on the local customs regulations of the country/region to which the shipment is being shipped.
This charge depends on the local customs regulations of the country/region where the customer resides.
This is not an item that we can control. In principle, the customer who places the order is responsible for these charges.

Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all international orders.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Sunday) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Once shipped, the estimated transit time is 5 to 15 business days (Monday to Sunday) depending on the destination and postal services.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated time from order placement to final delivery is 8 to 20 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of receiving the product. We will issue a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.

Order Cancellations & Returns
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the shipping process. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (change of mind).
